Tenants can browse thousands of listings across all our markets for free. To confirm a booking, they will pay a one-time Wunderflats Service Fee for tenants. This fee depends on where the apartment is located. Learn more about the Wunderflats Service Fee for Tenants here. 

Landlords can list their furnished apartments on Wunderflats completely free. They get expert support from our team throughout the process. Only once they have found suitable tenants for their apartment, a Wunderflats Service Fee for landlords is applied.
