What should I consider before moving out?

When you move out of your Wunderflat, it should be tidy, swept and aired out. It should be handed over to your landlord/-lady free of private belongings and rubbish.

With the help of the handover protocol which you signed when moving in, the landlord/-lady will check whether any damage has occurred during your rental period. If there is damage to the apartment, it will be documented and usually offset against the security deposit.
