When is an apartment reserved for me?

You can reserve the apartment as soon as the landlord accepts your booking request: 

• Make sure you've verified your identity and uploaded the required documents to your account.
• Confirm the booking and pay the Wunderflats Service Fee for Tenants (find more about this here).  

To make sure you confirm the booking and reserve the apartment before others do, it's best to verify your identity and upload your documents before you send the request.

Remember, your chances of a confirmed booking are significantly higher if you send multiple booking requests for different apartments.
