When does an apartment booking become binding?
Initially, all booking requests are non-binding. After a landlord accepts your request, you must confirm it. This requires your verification and payment of the Wunderflats Service Fee for Tenants. Once these steps are done, the landlord can complete the booking immediately. From that point on, your booking is binding.
