How can I confirm an accepted booking request?

As soon as the landlord accepts your booking request, you can confirm your booking and reserve the apartment by following these steps. Please remember that you can only confirm one booking.

• Make sure you have verified your identity and uploaded all required documents into your account under "My documents"
• Click "Confirm and Pay"
• Pay the Wunderflats Service Fee online

That's it! At this point, the apartment is reserved for you. 

You can only confirm one booking. To make sure other applicants don't reserve it before you do, it's best to confirm the booking as soon as you receive the notification about the request being accepted.
