When does the booking request become a binding booking?

The booking request finally becomes a binding booking as soon as both parties have confirmed the booking and completed the payment of the Service Fee. The rental agreement for a Wunderflat is concluded between the landlord and the tenant. 

Wunderflats is not a party to the rental agreement.
