What can I do if a tenant requests booking dates that don’t suit me?

If prospective tenants request booking dates which would cause a vacancy for your apartment, you can suggest different booking dates to them. 

• To do so, choose the respective booking request in your dashboard and click on “Decline”. 

• As the reason for declining this request, choose “Dates don’t work”. 

• Now you can pick the ideal dates on which you would prefer the tenants to move in and move out of your apartment. Please keep in mind that the difference between your new suggested dates and the original dates cannot be greater than one month. 

• We will send the prospective tenants your suggestion via email.

• If they agree with your suggestion they will send you an appropriate new booking request.
